Rene did a FANTASTIC job delivering a birthday bouquet to my MIL, with very difficult directions from GPS! He was very patient and kind, I was so impressed with his customer service. He really went above and beyond to ensure the bouquet arrived, and she was delighted! Highly recommend, thanks again Rene!
